Return and refund policy

Sehaaonline- Oman currently does not provide any return and refund policy. Once the order is placed, it cannot be refunded or returned. Our customer care service is active from 9AM to 9PM from Monday to Saturday (UAE time) to assist your needs and requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order before the product is shipped to the provided address; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10 to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Custom Made Orders

* Any custom made product will not be refunded

* Advance payment for custom made orders will not be refunded
