Employment Type : Customer Service Executive

Timings : 4.5 Hours required everyday with flexibility to choose the timings


● Managing a team of customer service representatives.

● In charge of overseeing the customer service process.

● Resolving customer complaints that have been brought to your attention.

● Developing policies and procedures.

● Training and standardization of service delivery are being planned.

● Monitoring the work of individual representatives as well as the team as a whole.

● Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to staff.

● Excellent product knowledge is required to provide superior customer service.

● Keeping your team's working environment pleasant.


  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting their demands. Services the existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
